Pug - Tyler - Medium - Senior - Male - Dog

　　Hi! My name is Tyler! I am an 11 year old spunky and very active senior. First thing I did when coming into foster mom's house was try to get the other pugs to play with me. You see, I don't realize I am 11 - I still move and play like a youngster. You're only as old as you think you are right?? So I would love a home where the people will love my energy. I get super wiggly and excited when people pet me, so feel free to shower me with attention. And if you have other dogs, and they don't mind me nagging them quite a bit to play with me, that would be great too. I am about 25 pounds, but not overweight, just a little bit larger structurally. Since I am active, I do enjoy walks, but right now I pull a lot and am pretty strong so we are working on teaching me how to go on walks like a man of my age should - it's just so exciting when we go that I have trouble containing my excitement! I am pretty well behaved. I know how to use a doggy door if you have one. My foster mom doesn't have a doggy door though, and I quickly learned within the first 24 hours that if I scratched the door we use to go out in the backyard, she will open it for me - so simple! I do not like the crate, but if you leave me out free in the house, I will behave - no messes. I may have the energy and playfulness of a youngster, but I'm waaaay past that destructive puppy stage - that's one example of what makes us seniors so cool - you can let us roam free without supervision and come to a home the same way you left it. As far as night time arrangements go, I like to sleep in the bed with my people - if you try to keep me from you at night, I will very verbally speak my mind. One last request is that I would prefer to be in a home without young children.
