Pug - Max - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog
Hello there-I'm Max. Boy, am I glad I'm an APARN pug! When I first became one, I was in pretty bad shape. My foster parents actually had to fatten me up-unheard of for a pug, isn't it? During my mandatory APARN intake exam from one of the nice vets, it was discovered that I have a broken jaw. A wire was placed to hold my mouth partially closed and can heal. But this "thing" should come off in about 5 or 6 weeks. Meanwhile it makes eating a bit of a challenge, but foster mom has it all figured out. She purees my food, then we both climb in the bathtub and eat. things can get a bit messy, you know. Pretty inventive, don't you think? Besides this jaw thing, I'm a sweet and loving little boy. That's why I'm allowed to sleep in my foster parents bed and snuggle with them all night. Oh, and before I forget-I am a master of the doggie door and do all my business outside. So, what do you think about me? Interested? Yes? I thought so! Why not go to , download the adoption application and let the nice APARN volunteers know you are in LOVE with Max. I'm staying real close to the computer so I see it as soon as it's in the inbox. Until soon, Max
