Pug - Karl - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog

　　Introducing Karl with a K! Hi pug lovers, I'm Karl, a sweet 4-year old boy. As you can see, I've got some chi mixed in there with the pug, but those nice folks at APARN thought it important to save me since I was a pretty sick boy when they took me. My foster Mom says I'm adorable (we guys don't like that word too much) even if I'm not "all" pug. Now that I'm well and done with all my meds, I'm very active and love to play, play and I have a wonderful time with toys and playing tug-of-war with them. I also know quite a few commands, or tricks, whatever you prefer to call them! I know sit, stay, down, roll over and I do a great job of shaking hands (well, paws). I'm housebroken and am finally getting the hang of that doggy door thing though I still prefer that Foster Mom just open the door for me. I get along very well with the other dogs that live here, though I'm rather protective of my food--what pug isn't? I eat really slowly for a pug, though. I'm fine with kids and love playing with Foster Mom's 8-year old granddaughter--she really likes getting me to do all my tricks--ha ha!

　　Now that I'm well, I'm going to be coming out to see people at those APARN adoption events, so you need to stop buy and meet me so you can see for yourself what a really cool little guy I am.
