PUFFER: DLH (FCID# 12/18/2018 - 125)'s story

　　Please say HI! to PUFFER (FCID# 12/18/2018 - 125)! This adorable little puff ball male tuxedo kitten is between 4 and 5 months old. He has kitten cuteness sought after by cat-calendar photographers with his long soft fur, curly ear tufts, pink nose and mouth, and little white feet. In spite of his cuddly appearance, he thinks of himself as a tough guy. Instead of saying Good Morning, he gives a little hiss, but as soon as I start petting him, he melts into a loud purr. Puffer will sit on my lap happily purring until he gets the urge to play. He plays gently and is particularly fond of ribbons and toys that have tails. He is neat by kitten standards, 100% litter box compliant, and manages to keep almost all of the litter in the box! He is a good eater and eats treats out of my hand. Based on the size of his paws, I believe he is destined to be a big boy and may not reach his full size until he is 3 years old. Because he is a little scared, he should only be adopted by experienced cat owners. He would do best in a house without young children as he is so cute, it may be hard for them to not want to hug him like a stuffed toy and he would not like that. Nurturing tweens or teens would do great with him as they would be mature enough to know if he wants to play or is scared and needs comforting. He had two brothers who have been adopted and whom he misses. He would do well with another young cat as a playmate or perhaps a dog with the correct introduction. Would you like to meet Puffer ?
