It has a "Auto Incline" for uphill walking or jogging for a stronger work out and quickly goes from a slow walk to a swift jog in seconds. Has dumb bells setup in the control panel for a cross training type workout. You can use it in manual mode where you control the speed and incline, or use one of the eight preset workout programs at the push of a button. It tracks your distance and speed as well as your pulse rate and displays your calorie burn. The walking surface is padded for joint comfort and can be set up specifically for your body type by selecting the preset that best fits you. It does have a safety feature that will stop the belt in case of an emergency. It is a heavy duty unit and has no problem handling all body sizes. The walking surface folds up for storage and takes up very little space and is on wheels once folded, operation manual is included.
