Selling a portable a/c unit. It's a Soleus PH4-13R-01 design that can be discovered at Home Depot and retails for approximately $600. The system I'm offering has some wear and tear on the exterior. The exhaust vent hose is composed by two screws and some tape. The bracket isn't broken, but didn't wish to hold the vent when being moved. Mechnically it works perfectly. We used it to cool our living-room last year during the summer season when our Air Conditioner went out. It also doubles as a portable heater. I'm asking $250 for the unit as it sits.
