He is deaf and has arthritis, a permanent head tilt, limited vision, and a history of seizures. He is a happy, elderly dog who is loving life on a farm with his foster. Intake vetting pending. Pooter is PART OF THE LONG TERM COMPASSIONATE CARE PROGRAM AND WILL REMAIN WITH HIS LOVING FOSTER.
