Pomeranian - Tootsie - Small - Young - Female - Dog

　　This little 3.5 lb girl may have some neurological problems. She was surrendered to us from craigs list with a note that she may have hydrocephalus. We are currently looking into her medical needs. This is the most cute Pom and needs a patient understanding person who can handle her if she is a special needs dog.
