I won this watch at a company function a couple of months ago. It's a great watch, I am just not a runner or one who tracks a lot of activity. I know I should, but someone else could benefit from this watch at this time. It is water proof and comes with a heart-rate strap. The watch was $240 new. $120, with the heart rate strap and users manual, is a great deal!
