My husband and I have recently gotten married and are combining two households so, sadly we do not have room for this lovely chair and ottoman.

　　I hate to see it go because it is extremely comfortable, clean and cozy! The chair and ottoman are solid wood, therefore they will last.

　　The material is a soft microsuede that wipes down easily, the color is a great neutral brown that will blend nicely with any wall shade.

　　Both pieces come from a pet/smoke/child free home and are six years old with normal wear and tear.

　　We are willing to negotiate on the pirce however, we do have our limits because these are very nice pieces of furniture.
