Plott Hound - Okie - Large - Adult - Male - Dog

　　Hello, the Ark named me Okie. That was because the son of a citizen from Huntsville found me in a wooded area in the state of Oklahoma. I was in pretty bad shape. He took me to the doggie doctor and got me all fixed up. He brought me to the Ark when he came to see his mother at Christmas. They think I am a Plott Hound. I just know I am a very good-looking boy. I have a great disposition. The doggie doctor thinks I was born December 2011. I want a loving home that will take care of me for my lifetime. I do not want to be lost in the woods ever again! When you come to the Ark, will you ask to see Okie? That?s me. Ark Rescue dogs are available for adoption to homes in the Alabama and Tennessee Valley area only. We do require a fenced-in yard to adopt our larger dogs.
