Play residences come completed on the outdoors with operable windows, Masonite siding caulked and painted with shingle roofings. Optional inside functions are carpeted, paneled, lofts with ladders, and wired for electricity (just plug them into an extension cord in back of residence). Storage sheds are built on 4X4 treated lumber skids, 3/4" plywood flooring, 2by framing and either pitch roofing shingled, or shed roofing design with either mineral roofing or propanel metal.
