　　Black dog awareness! Did you know that black dogs and cats are the hardest to adopt? Studies show they spend more time on shelter than any other color pet, and have the highest rate of euthanasia in shelters around the country. Well, Pixie is here to tell you that black dogs are pawsome! Pixie came to the shelter with an easily treatable skin condition, and is healing perfectly. She lives for belly rubs and kisses, loves to walk and will steal your heart with her kind eyes. Pixie has excellent manners and will sit and stay for a treat.
