Therefore, nobody knows what her earlier life was like. However, with patience and TLC, she now gives her caregivers kisses and welcomes their petting. VELMA is great with other dogs and loves to play with them. She also enjoys playing with toys. VELMA is ready to go home with a dog-savvy person who can help her feel safe and loved.
