　　Special Adoption: Pearl is a real gem! This lovely lady is happy, sweet and adores people, despite the fact that when she was found and brought to ACC she was extremely thin and starving. She has since started on a proper nutrition plan and has been gaining weight and energy and is doing so much better! She still has some areas of rough skin and thin hair, which may be related to her former emaciated state. She's looking for adopters who will continue to feed her properly and monitor her skin and take her for a follow-up vet visit. She will do well in a home with experienced adopters who have the time to take her to reward based training classes and to socialize her with other appropriate dogs. A family with older children would be fine for Pearl.
