　　4 Years Old --American Staffordshire Terrier mix -- Male Moose longs to be your best friend. He's reserved here at the shelter but blossoms during visits with acquaintances. Surrendered when his owners no longer had time to provide adequate exercise and attention, Moose now needs an active, loving family with lots of love. This playful boy enjoys chasing anything fast and round -- tennis balls, basket balls, soccer balls, you name it! If that doesn't put a smile on his face, some kids certainly will! Moose's previous family had children of all ages who would climb all over him and give him belly rubs. He didn't even mind when they accidentally stepped on his tail. What a trouper! Although he's perfect pet material, Moose will need some guidance learning the ropes of indoor etiquette. He lived in a backyard his entire life and didn't have the opportunity to grasp housetraining. But Moose is a fast learner! In fact, he's currently a model student in the HSSA's Canine College program, where he's mastering obedience skills to help him succeed and impress the family of his dreams.
