　　Chipper is as cool as they come! He was found in North Wilmington by a very kind couple who provided him with a warm place to sleep and a ton of love over the last four weeks. Instead of having him placed into the SPCA we decided to take him into our owner surrender/ stray program. He's amazing with dogs of all sizes, fantastic with kids, and has wonderful manners. He's the perfect dog! Chipper is roughly 1-2 years old, crate trained, house broken, and ready to find his forever home. If you're looking for a great guy, Chipper's your man!
