Pit Bull Terrier - Bud - Medium - Young - Male - Dog

　　Bud has been at the shelter since late January when he was just 3 months old. Someone applied to adopt him shortly thereafter, so he was neutered, but the adopter never came to pick him up. Bud spent the next 5 months at the shelter, waiting for someone to take him home, and then finally went to a foster home in mid June, where he has flourished. Bud is a smart dog who LOVES to play, - with toys, sticks, other dogs. He learned to sit and shake and was house trained almost immediately. He does need to find a great permanent home so another long-term shelter resident can take his place at the foster home and learn what it's like to be a family member. Bud will make a great companion for an active human and a wonderful buddy for another playful dog. We will gladly bring him to your home to let you meet him.
