Darling little Piper, such a silly girl! She's just under a year old and about 12 pounds. She has been adopted previously but it wasn't the right match. She's a Chinese Crested blend (or could be Mexican Hairless blend), but whatever she is, she's darling! She would love to be in a home with another playful dog. She will need a family that will give her time to adjust to a new environment - she was timid in her foster home for about a week before she blossomed, so if you're willing to give her the time, you will be rewarded with an incredible, adorable little girl (she has hair on her feet that make her prancing even more adorable!).
