Pino Morroni Tandem Made for the  1984 LA Olympics Its a one off bikeI, just quick listing this and the pictures are not ideal, its in our attic and has been stored away for years. Our phgoto area is not large enough for tandems and the weather is terrible.  This is great bike for someone with a big display wall or rafters to hang it in. Built by the Detroit legend Pino Morroni. Only what is pictured, no pedals, no cables/housing. The stoker stem is missing its clamp bolt. Pino probably used what he had and this was shimmed at one point as the bars are not the correct size for the stoker stemThe front fork is supposed to be backwards. I dont recall who but, years ago I was communicating with someone who rode this and said everyone was baffled by the fork but, it rode goodIt has dual Brakes front and rear operated by the Modolo levers.  The cranks are engraved Las Angeles 1984The tubes have Pinos stiffeners in a lot of the tubes (little tubes inserted through the tubing purported to make it much stiffer. The Bottom tube between the 2 cranks is a huge oval tube, also for stiffness.  Its a true one off bikeI'll get int more later when Im not tired. The paint is in pretty good condition and the components weren't ridden much but some wear/storage wear.  It was just a bike back then, not collectable art from a deceased visionary master. Someone who went his own direction.  I did nothing to this bike from how it was recieved. Shipping will be very expensive and will possibly ship in 2 boxes or oversized freight. One chance to ever own it.
