My story
The gin-credible gal!Hey friends! I am Pimm, a 1 year old, female Shepherd mix, weighing about 30 lbs of pure goodness. I was languishing around in TJ when TAP rescued me and rest of the cool cocktail group. I was intoxicated by the warmth and safety of my foster home and have started letting loose finally. I have had a sad past and that makes me scared and anxious and I am a Distemper survivor. But patience has been key. I am picking up bathroom training and have already learnt to walk on a leash. I have been spayed.I may be a ball of nerves at a new place, but I am slowly learning that the world can be kind indeed. There are good people like my foster mama! But strangely, even with anxiety, I have a tendency to be very friendly with people and kiddos. I get along wonderfully with other dogs too! All I need is patience and slow introductions. So far, I am loving to go on walks and it's a great trust building exercise. Keep your gin up, cuz I got this!Even with my shyness, my foster family knows that I am a great dog just waiting to bloom and shower my family with love! My affection is infectious and I would love a family to share my heart with. Like gin is with a range of mixers, I am super adaptable! Initially, a high activity home could be a bit much for me, but I think I can adapt. If you are ready for a sip of delight, let's just meet up! My adoption fee is $450 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/##1196886##
If you have any questions or would like to adopt Pimm, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
