I have a PilatesJP 4500 pilates device with 2 workout videos. Wonderful shape. Great workout! Quick, fun, reliable & easy! I enjoyed using this machine for an extremely quick toning workout! The guided videos make it actually easy to find out and get a strong workout quickly! I just don't have the space to keeping the equipment established anymore however it's really terrific!
