My story

　　The sweetest boy in the 100 Acre Wood!Oh, hi there! My name is Piglet. Just like my storybook namesake, I’m a super sweet boy. Unlike the original Piglet, I’m not shy at all! I’m a spunky guy with plenty of puppy energy. I’m a 4-month-old, 25-pound, (adorable) Cattle Dog mix. I was recently rescued from Tijuana with Pooh, Tigger, and the rest of my pals. Now all I need is a Christopher Robin of my own to call family!I’m a friendly fella who loves people and pooches alike. I do great with new places and new faces! I like all hoomans, kids included, but I can be a bit mouthy when I play. I need to learn better manners before I’m around little kiddos. I haven’t met any cats either, but I have a strong prey drive, so I’m guessing we wouldn’t be besties.In true puppy fashion, I’m a little bundle of energy who loves to play. I adore fetch, going on walks, and ruff-housing with other doggos. When I’m not making new friends, you can find me chewing on my toys and patiently waiting for your attention! I love getting pets and being affectionate with my people. I’m a lovebug through and through!I’m a smart boy who is quickly picking up on Puppy 101! I’m crate trained, leash trained, and I’m almost there with my bathroom training. I still have the occasional accident, but I’m getting better by the day! I get a bit sad when you leave and will cry. I need to continue building my confidence being alone. I love going on adventures in the car, but make sure to bring the crate or I’ll end up in the driver’s seat with you! Can you blame me? I just want to be part of the action!My ideal furever family is one who is as active as I am! I think I would do well with another pooch. If I’m an only-dog, I’d love to keep making new friends and going for playdates! While I’m still training, I think it’s best if I’m not with kiddos.
