　　  Meet Phillip!This handsome little fellow was born in a home, but the owner started to give the kittens away last month and Phillip was taken in by someone along with his siblings. He is the last kitten left and he is currently in Ensenada, Mexico, waiting for an adoption application or a foster home to make arrangements to transport him to San Diego.Phillip is approx 5-6mo old and an active, happy, outgoing kitten who is good with cats and probably dogs. He would be a great family member or foster cat.Would you like to meet and possibly adopt Phillip? First, submit a cat adoption application online for review at A volunteer will call you to finish processing your application and, if approved to adopt, we can schedule an actual meet and greet to interact with our kitties at our cat adoption center located at the PetSmart in Clairemont where the foster parent will bring them for you to meet. Meet and greets can happen pretty quickly as long as applicants can gather all the items from our adoption check list and have them ready. ARWOB does NOT place HOLDS on rescues, so please, only submit an application to adopt if you are READY to adopt within 2-7 days of submitting the application.  Typically, the same day of meet and greet (assuming interaction goes well) is the same day of adoption to avoid multiple meetings.   IF a team member doesn't contact you within 72hrs of submitting an application, please follow up with us via email or phone call, otherwise, it may be overseen.If you would like to meet this cutie, submit the adoption application online at our home page ASAP!Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you would like to meet one of our animals, PLEASE fill out an adoption application.
