Phillip is one of the best boys we know - he is so happy and grateful, and just wants to please you. We are working on getting more photos of him, but look at that face! It's like he's always smiling. Phillip is diabetic so he needs insulin twice a day and can't eat dry food. But boy oh boy does he love his wet food! And now that we rescued him, his diabetes is getting better every day so soon we're hoping he won't even need insulin anymore! He is a loving, mellow lap cat that just wants a quiet home and a sunny window. Other animals are ok - he likes everyone! Phillip is currently in a foster home in Los Angeles.
