　　Hello, I'm Philip! I'm a sweet little guy looking for my forever home. I was rescued from a puppy mill and brought to Lost Our Home where I'm getting a lot of love and attention. I need a family who is dedicated to me and understands that I have my own quirks; living my whole life in a puppy mill left me scared and unsure of the world around me. I'm ready to give it my all and be the best dog I can be.
