HydroGraphics Headquarters, also called HydroGraphics HQ, provides Water Transfer Printing (Hydrographic Dipping or Camo Dipping) and Duracoating.

While the Hydrographic Dipping procedure requires application of a new pattern and surface to an existing part or product, the Duracoating procedure provides an alternative refinishing method with differing appearance. With infinite options for dipping, from wine glasses to firearms, and the visual appeal of both duracoating and dipping, owners and personnel are delighted to bring clients the quality products they've only envisioned! Serviced products include firearms & & accessories, archery equipment, video game skulls, automotive parts & & devices, bike parts & & devices, athletic devices, house interiors & & outsides, electronic devices, glasses, and more!

The hydrographic dipping process is an approach of applying printed designs to three-dimensional items. The hydrographic procedure can be used on metal, plastic, glass, tough woods, and numerous other products. In the process, the substrate piece to be printed is pre-treated and a base coat material is used. A film with the graphic image to be transferred and is then floated on the surface area of a vat of water. An activator chemical is sprayed on the film to liquefy it into a liquid and activate a bonding agent. The piece is then reduced into the vat, through the floating ink layer, which wraps around and abides by it. After getting rid of the piece from the water, a top coat is put on safeguard the design. With several dippings, hydrographic printing can achieve complete 360 coverage of the part surface area, consisting of little crevices. (From Wikipedia).

The duracoat procedure, on the other hand, involves treating a resin-hardener mix by means of chemical process. The duracoat mix is usually sprayed onto metal and plastic items, such as firearms, by ways of airbrush application. With its versatility and toughness, the Duracoat system is believed to be the current in firearm finishing technology.

These 2 complementary procedures are easily offered at HydroGraphics Headquarters, allowing customers to combine the subtle look of Duracoat with the striking appeal of Hydrographics.
