At Five Years old, and only four pounds, Pepe is all Chi. He's a sweet little cuddle bug who'd love to spend all day in your lap. He's kissy boy who asks for attention by standing on his back legs and waving his two front feet in the air. Pepe does well with other small dogs and seems to enjoy their company. He would do well as an only dog, or as part of a small pack!

　　Right now, Pepe is suffering from shelter blues. He'd be a great, easy dog to foster. We'd be ever so grateful and so would he. He's the black and white doggie on the left of the photo.

　　There are no fees to foster and we will provide you with support as needed, including food and vet care. Also, we will be glad to respond to concerns on an ongoing basis. Fostering is really key to our ability to rescue dogs! You can be a vital link in socializing a dog so as to better the chances of a placement in a forever home.

　　The fee to adopt is on a sliding scale and generally includes spay/neuter, micro-chip and up to date shots.
