My story

　　Penny has been in foster, this is what the foster parent has to say about her: Penny is a very gentle and loving dog. Her foster mom thinks she`s Italian greyhound and chihuahua mix. Penny had a tough start of her life, she is missing a paw and was neglected and not taken care of, for most of her life. She is in need of a kind soul who can help her tender personality shine.She will be the happiest if she can be with her person most of the time, she will love being on your lap or in your arms, and follow you everywhere you go. But she also would be fine sleeping in her kennel while you`re at work.Like many little dogs, she is easily startled and when she went into foster, she was extremely timid, but she bonded very quickly with her foster mom and her 9 year old son. She was good with other dogs, but she is not playful and prefers humans to dogs. Once she is relaxed, she`s very friendly, and loves people. Despite missing a leg, she can hop around quickly and is good on leash. She went to Latino festival and other events, and was friendly and well behaved in public.
