Penn Spinfisher VI 6500Brand new, never used, no box. I don't fish, so I'm not exactly sure how this reel should work but I can pull the bail open and start reeling and that all works but the bail doesn't automatically flip back over, one small push and it flips over and seems to work fine. I cranked the drag wide open and it spins free and tightened it right back down and it locks down.
