　　Hello! I'm Penelope and it is a pleasure to meet you! Even though I have a few years under my belt I still love to play and go on walks. I get along really well with small dogs, but I think big dogs are a little scary. My profile is marked as special needs because I need to be on a special prescription food to keep me happy and healthy! I'm affectionate, gentle, and eager to please - so come on by and meet me today!
