Peanut's story

　　Meet Peanut! This adorable 10lb and ~10yr old Yorkie mix was found wandering alone and scared on the side of a major highway. Luckily, he was scooped up by a wonderful good samaritan. He found his way to Senior Dog Haven and this lucky guy began his journey to recovery!

　　After receiving a neuter and dental at the Vet, Peanut was left with only a few teeth remaining. That sure doesnt stop him from enjoying his meal time! He is such a happy little dog who has a very kind and gentle demeanor in any situation.

　　Peanut does not hear well, but he does have great vision. He tends to have an oily coat, so frequent baths would help Peanut stay comfortable and clean. Bonus: he doesnt mind baths at all and is a perfect gentleman!

　　Peanut would also do best in a home where he could have the ability to be let outside multiple times a day to go to the bathroom. He has made great improvements, but we reccommend using a belly band until he becomes familiar with his new homes routine. Luckily, he doesnt mind wearing one at all!

　　He loves to spend his time curled up in a comfy bed, but also enjoys being close to his current foster parents and follows them all around the house. Peanut would make a wonderful addition to any family and gets along great with all ages of humans, dogs and even cats!

　　Peanut makes us smile every day and we know he will make someone else smile for many more years to come! Are you that special someone?
