ACDR is a foster-home-based rescue. We do not have a shelter or facility you can visit. Please visit our website for more information about our organization and adoption process as well as the current status of our available dogs.

　　The first step to meeting any of our dogs is to submit an application. It in no way obligates you to adopt; it is simply part of our process. If the dog you are interested in is adopted before you can meet them or if we do not currently have a dog you are interested in, we still encourage you to go through the approval process. Then you will be pre-approved and ready to adopt when a dog does come along that you are interested in. Apply at

　　Peak is a lovely mix of ACDR and Border Collie! Boy, Peak has proved himself to be a great companion! He is quite an easy-going dog and will listen when he is disciplined. He is a master on leash and will not roam too far unless curiosity got the best of him. Dont fret! He will come right back when you call him!

　　Peak is looking for someone who loves to go hiking, camping, trail running (he is still learning and working on his trail manners)?, and he must have his daily walks or else he will become bored out of his mind.

　　He knows sit, go-to-bed (to be crated when you leave the house) and when it is bedtime. He also knows no, come here. He likes to sleep on his dog bed but will sneak up to cuddle in the
