This Patagonia hard shell coat is in immaculate condition. I have two and this one never gets any use. It's actually waterproof, there is a single layer that has a texture on the interior which keeps it from sticking to you when you're damp. The hood, neck and waist are all adjusted by elastic cords. There are two interior pockets and 2 outside pockets.
