Pat's story

　　Impishly appealing, and pretty as a picture, Pat is a petite 8 pounds of sweetness and loving. One of the many Chihuahuas rescued from a hoarding situation in New Mexico, she may be timid at times but she warms up quickly, and once she trusts you, she approaches you eagerly for the pets that she loves. She gets along with the cat in her foster home, likes dogs of all sizes, and especially enjoys snuggling with her brother, Neil. Motivated by attention, pets and soft treats, she's crate and leash trained, and is at work on pottying outdoors as she keeps her eye out for an attentive home as eager to love her as she is to love them.
