Pastel Bunny's story
I am a very feisty dilute calico kitten. I was discovered during the RED FOR ED event by the Capitol Building in Phoenix. I was seen by a group of protesters sadly living on the front porch of a house with our mother. It was very hot and we were very tiny. We all had a lot of issues as small kittens since we were infested with fleas and I had a brother that was mean to me. His harsh bite caused an abscess on my leg that caused tissue along the whole side of my front leg to go necrotic. I spent weeks with regular visits to the vet to have the dead tissue lasered. My leg was wrapped for a long time while I healed. Know that I am healed I am ready for my new home. I have been spayed, tested negative for FELV/FIV, microchipped and de-wormed. I love all my playmates, so consider adopting me with a kitten/cat that I already know since meeting new cats may take a very long time to warm up. I have never seen dogs, so that may be a challenge for me to accept.
