Paris Grand Prix Selmer 1946 Bb Trumpet Raw Brass Serial #48XX in very good condition for its age. Grand Prix Selmers' were top of the line Pro horns and made in France with French brass known for its' tonal qualities unlike later Selmer made in America horns manufactured in Elkhardt, Indiana by the Selmer-Conn-Bach Company, makers of the K-Modified Selmer horns. Nickle silver leadpipe for no red rot, very good compression- tubing pops when removed, very good valves with smooth valve action and no dents in body. Surface scratching seen, typical of vintage horns of this age. Comes with a Blessing 1 1/2C mouthpiece and a hard case with latches but no key.
