Pappy's story

　　Pappy was rescued in Sparta, IL after he had been spotted tied to a tree in the cold with no food or water. An absolutely awful situation. He's now safe and warm AND happy with us. He's full of love and play and has a huge heart for all things human :) We have been told he is house-trained by his foster. he's just a great puppy! Please come give him his forever home soon!
