Papaya's story
Papaya loves to be picked up and sit in your lap. She is just the sweetest little thing. She was recently rescued, so she is still a bit skittish. She will come to you and start purring when she is about a foot away and is working on the courage to come willingly to her foster family. Papaya will need someone who will be patient with her to warm up to her new surrounding and people. Papaya loves the dogs in her foster home and tries to engage them to play and never gets upset if someone else holds her. We believe Papaya would do best in a home with no small children. If you are interested in adopting Papaya, please click "Adopt Me" to fill out an adoption survey.

Return Policy: Foster homes save many lives, and as soon as one gets adopted, they often get another one. So spaces fill up fast! If you wish to return your adopted cat, please email [email protected] and be prepared to bring him/her to adoption events until a forever home is found. In some cases their previous foster can take them back. They cannot be given away, sold, or turned in to another agency. You are responsible for keeping the cat and bringing him/her to adoption events until we find a suitable home to adopt them.
