Today, I'm going to be introducing to you the Panerai PAM 317 Ceramic Luminor GMT 44-millimeter Monopulsante watch. This watch is a brand new watch. I'm going to talk a little bit about what's so cool about it and where you can get one yourself at JazTime.com. Pull this little puppy out. This watch is a ceramic model. It has a single-button chronograph function here at the 8:00 position here. It offers a power reserve indicator and a GMT hand. The power reserver's right here, and your GMT hand is that arrow that you're looking at the 12:00, or close to the 12:00 position. Now, this is not an automatic movement, but you don't really need that if you have an eight-day power reserve on your watch. Now, a lot of you familiar with the standard Panerai watches. Most of them have very simple dials and complications. Now, the fact that this watch had so many complications puts it in a class of its own, aside from having a ceramic case. Because this watch only has one chronograph pusher, it's used to start, stop and reset the center second hand back to the 12:00 position. Now, you can see how I push this chronograph pusher here and you'll see all three of the functions work. Now, you see that second hand going at the 12:00. And you'll see me at the 2:00 position, I'll press it again. It'll stop it. And if I press it again, it'll reset it back to the 12:00 position. It's pretty classy, huh? With only one pusher, so that's nice. This watch is a little bit heavier than a titanium watch. It's almost the same weight as a stainless steel watch. It's not going to be super-heavy, but you will feel this on your wrist. Now, the crystal on this watch is raised like a bubble if you look to the side profile there. You'll see it pushing up. Now, it may be a little much for some, but it doesn't seem to get in the way too much. It's definitely not going to fit under a shirt cuff though. You're going to see the strap here. This is a black suede strap, really nice. It's a very modern and stylish. You're also going to see this part of the strap here with a tang buckle. It's really a nice material. And you also see the movement. It's a manual-wind movement here. I'm going to pop this puppy on my wrist just so you can see what it looks like on my wrist. Here you go. Now, I usually wear a 42-millimeter watch. This one's a little bit too big for me as you see that it's almost hanging over my wrist here at the bottom. Now, it should fit most guys with a normal size wrist, around seven or eight inches. So, if you have a seven-inch or eight-inch wrist, then you should have no problem rocking this watch.
