Pancho's story
Pancho is a pure bred cream point Persian who was surrendered by a breeder. He is approximately 4 years old and in good health. He was declawed. Since taking over his care, he has been neutered, brought up to date on shots, and microchipped. But mainly Pancho needed socialization - we strongly suspect his previous life was in a cage.
He is friendly towards other cats but would also love being a single cat. He is still trying to figure out humans and making progress. He does purr like crazy when he finally relaxes but it has taken him awhile to trust his foster family and learn to play. He loves standing on his hind legs (like a dog) and begging for treats. Despite his beautiful looks and pedigree, he had a difficult life before and needs to be spoiled so his sweet and eccentric personality can come out.
Because of his extreme features, he is on a soft food diet only. Currently he is eating raw which he loves.
Adopter must have experience with the bred and the special care needs associated with a Persian, especially one with these features.
