My story

　　Hi there! My name is Pablita Escobark.  I’m no drug smuggler, but I might just steal your heart!  I’m a 2-year-old, spayed poodle/terrier mix, weighing in at 27 pounds.  Not only am I potty-trained and great on a leash, I’m even crate-trained, too! I’ve been told that I’m extremely sweet, and my foster family says I’m the best doggie they could have asked for! I’m good with commands, and I just absolutely love humans.  Maybe a little too much, since I get really sad when I feel like I’m getting left behind.  But I am working hard on my separation anxiety, and with the right training, I think I’ll be able to nip it in the bud!  I also love being active and having fun.  Walking and running are my favorite activities, and I can even play tag!  But keep in mind, if I am around other dogs, I need a slow introduction (with a few sniffs on my part) before I feel comfortable enough. My perfect furever home would be one with lots of love!  Although I can acclimate to any surrounding, I do need plenty of company, so I’d prefer if you were able to bring me to the office with you or stay nearby when working from home while we work on my separation anxiety.  I’d prefer to be the only animal in the house, but my foster family thinks I would get along with kids just fine.  If you think I sound like your ideal companion, let’s meet!
