Pennsylvania Conservation Stamp Prints (3) 1981 the 1st yr, 1982, & 1983, ALL with MATCHING NUMBERS

　　I am liquidating a lifetime of Duck & Conservation Stamp prints in the hope that someone will get to enjoy this one much as I have. Originally purchased by me when first available.

　　The 1st PA Conservation Stamp Prints took off with a bang by having the 1st three artist as some of the best wildlife artist in the nation. Many of them have won Federal & State Duck Stamp competitions. All of the artists represented here in these 3 prints are those caliber of winners.

　　The series has also drawn attention to collectability due to its very low edition size of only 1,300 prints. Now add to that the variety of subject matter and you have the start here of a great collection. It should be noted that the 1982 being a decoy also sets it apart from all other duck prints. As an example, the Federal Duck Stamp was only done in a Decoy once, in 1975. And guess who did it? James P. Fisher, who also was commissioned to do the 1982 you see here.
