Owen's story

　　Owen is a handsome 4-5 year old boy, with a winning smile!

　　He weighs around 45lbs, but could probably top out somewhere over 50lbs.

　　We rescued Owen from a Los Angeles area shelter after he had been picked up living as a long-term stray. Having lived a life on the streets, he has been getting some much needed TLC (he loved being groomed!) and is also having a full dental, so will have a fresh, sparkling mouth!

　　Owen is a sweet natured, generally quiet boy, who gets along with all people, though we haven't yet tested him with children - we expect though that with dog-savvy, supervised children, he would do just fine.

　　Owen appears to get along with other dogs, (as you can see in on of his photos), but as with any dog to dog introduction, we'd recommend patience, caution and care.

　　We have not tested him with cats, other small critters, but would expect him to have a normally high prey drive for smaller, wild animals (squirrels, rabbits etc) and again, would recommend caution with any introduction (regardless of the dog's breed).
