Owen is a friendly, happy boy! He about wags his tail off when greeting people. He needs someone active to train and play with him. Even though he is high-energy, he is super smart and trainable. He already knows to sit for a treat, and he takes treats very gently. Please see his video - he is marvelous! He will play with neighboring dogs through the fence, but is very pushy in out the yard and most dogs find him to be a bit too much.
