This piece is in overall fair condition.   Frame is structurally in tact.   Drawers are more or less in good condition.   Two handles are missing and have been replaced with crocheted pieces which themselves are worn.   Cabinet bottom is in tact however has a hollow sound when tapped, suggesting wood deterioration.   Paint is distressed cream color and could use a cleaning and/or refreshing.   This piece is at least 40 years old and probably older, I just don't know the date of manufacture, so I can't say whether it is considered vintage.    Hopefully someone will see it as a treasure that has more life in it.
