I am looking to sale my timeshare in Las Vegas. The name of the timeshare is Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort. Owned by Orange Lake Resorts.

　　New owner will need to pay closing costs which will start at $249 through Transfer A Timeshare Title (http://transferatimesharetitle.com) OR whatever company you want to use. New owner will also need to set up an account with RCI (/RCI/). I am not sure of the price to set up an account, but their yearly fee is $124. Orange Lake will have to set up the RCI account for you. When you want to use the timeshare, you have to go through RCI to book your stay. The yearly dues for Orange Lake Resorts are $570 and are due in January of each year.
