Opal's story
Hi! My name is Opal. At around 2-3 years old, I'm a fully grown medium-sized gal. I have a lot of energy, but after I get in the right amount of daily steps, jazzercise classes, runs or hikes with my people, I'm happy to crash and couch cuddle with my peeps. Couch cuddling is tied for my most favorite thing, along with jazzercising, of course. I'm house and crate-trained and I'm very quiet and respectful even when watching passer-bys from the window. I sleep on my own pup bed right next to my foster parents, but like to play foster parent sandwich on the human bed before we actually start to snooze. I'm the middle, obviously. I love my humans so much, I'd prefer to be the only four-legged family member, but may up for human sharing with the righ-matched calm and confident medium-to-large male pup.
I've had a really tough go of it in my few short years. Too many stops and starts. Too many almost families that didn't work out for me :(. I would love my very own family who is willing to give me the structure, exercise and continued training that I need to be the best Opal I can be. If you're up for giving me the forever home that I so deserve, I promise to love you better than any other pup could!
