My story
Oliver is an 1-year-old male Chihuahua mix who must be neutered before he is adopted. This handsome young guy has roamed the neighborhood near two Prattville Schools for several weeks. A kind hearted lady finally gained his confidence, caught him, and brought him to PAHS. Oliver has a gorgeous brown coat with white markings on his chest. He weighs 20 pounds so he is considered to be a small adult dog. Oliver is spunky, active, and quite playful. He is friendly and would be glad to be in a home with older children. Oliver has gotten along well with the smaller dogs at the shelter. If you have a larger dog we would suggest a meet and greet with your dog. Oliver has decided 'street life' is not for him so he is ready to be in a home with his very own loving family. Please come meet Oliver. You will see what an awesome guy he is!Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120 and cat/kitten adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
