F.E. Olds Recording model trombone in excellent condition.  Serial number dates it to about 1964.  All nickel silver except for the bronze bell (Re-O-Loy in Olds marketing materials).  Original fluted inner slide tubes still intact, with very slight wear at the tips.  No dents, and no evidence of dent removal.  Original lacquer, with a few minor scratches and small wear areas as shown in photos.  This one had clearly been in storage for a long time when I bought it about 5 years ago, and needed slide work.  Sent it to the Slide Doctor, who did his usual outstanding job, and now plays well.  I haven't played it enough and the realigned slide is still wearing in.  Case is solid, with a slight musty odor (a little Febreze takes care of that for a while).
